How does valet parking work at sporting events?
Download and PMR app, Register, and Book Sporting Event. Upon arrival, drive to the designated valet pick-up area. A valet attendant will greet you, and park your vehicle in a secure lot. After the event, walk up to the designated drop-off area. A Valet attendant will retrieve your car and drop it off for you.
Is event valet parking available for all ticket holders?
No, you must use the PMR app to book Event Valet Service prior to you attending the sporting event.
How much does valet parking cost at sporting events?
Pricing can vary based on the venue, game day, or event type. Typical rates range from $65–$125 per vehicle.
Is tipping the valet attendant required?
Tipping is not mandatory but is customary. Most guests tip $5–$20 when dropping off and/or retrieving their car, especially for quick service or busy traffic on game day. Valets get 100% of your tips, no tax.
How secure is valet parking at the venue?
Valet lots are monitored by private parking lots companies like ACE, and attendants are trained to park vehicles safely. However, it’s advised to remove valuables and lock personal compartments before handing over your keys.
How long does it take to get my car back after the event?
Retrieval times can vary depending on crowd size and traffic flow. During peak exit times, it may take 15–30 minutes. PMR guarantees a retrieval time of 20 mins or less.
Are parking reservations guaranteed?
Yes! When you book with PMR , we guarantee you will have a spot to park your vehicle at the price you paid or your money back. While PMR does not physically hold a specific spot open for each reservation, we work closely with our partners to monitor inventory levels and avoid overbooking.
What is the cancellation policy?
Due to the time sensitive nature and logistics of our business, once a reservation has started it can’t be canceled or refunded, but if you’re having trouble with your reservation please contact us.
Are there any additional fees?
The price is the entire price you’ll pay for a reservation, and all applicable taxes and fees are included in the price that you see at checkout!
Do you accept oversize vehicles?
No we do not.
Can I reserve event parking in advance?
Yes you can. On the home page of the PMR app, on the top tab on the “Book in Advance” button to see all events that are 30 days out.
Do you provide any additional services?
Yes we do! After your sporting event we provide additional entertainment that you can enjoy. Please refer to the “Service” Page on the PMR app.
What does VIP Membership Consist Of?
For a monthly fee, members will receive the following: 1) 5 VIP Events a Month, Pick-Up and Drop-Off Times of 10 mins or less. 2) Free Monthly Swag. 3) Discounted Merch
